1. Heating and cooling system:

The heating and cooling system of the external half-pipe reactor is composed of half-pipes installed outside the reactor cylinder.

The half-pipe can be fed with steam, hot water, heat-conducting oil and other media to achieve heating, and can also be fed with cold water or coolant to achieve cooling, which can quickly and accurately control the reaction temperature to meet the needs of different reaction conditions.

2. Cylinder and head:

Cylinder body and upper and lower heads are connected by large flange sealing or welded directly.

3. Stirring device:

Stirring device is an important part of external half-pipe reactor, which makes the reactants fully mixed and accelerates the reaction rate through stirrer.
The stirring device usually adopts the structure of motor and stirring paddle, which can produce rotating force in the reactor to achieve uniform mixing of reactants.
The type and speed of the stirrer can be selected according to the specific process requirements.

4. Shaft sealing device:

In order to prevent leakage, the stirring shaft of the reactor is equipped with a shaft sealing device.
Usually use packing seal or mechanical seal.

5. Control system

The control system is the intelligent management part of the outer half-pipe reactor, which realises real-time monitoring and adjustment of the operating status of the reactor by monitoring and controlling the temperature, pressure, stirring speed and other parameters in the reaction process.

The accuracy and stability of the control system have an important influence on the normal operation of the reactor and the stability of the reaction effect.

6. other accessories:

There are process pipe holes such as feeding port, vacuum port, distillation port, sight glass observation port, temperature measurement port, and safety venting, etc. opened on the upper seal head.
Can be configured according to the need for pressure gauges, thermometers, liquid level meters and other measuring instruments.
